Key Responsibilities
- Support veterinarians during examinations and treatments
- Safely restrain patients and assist with handling procedures
- Prepare and administer medications as directed
- Obtain diagnostic images and assist with radiology procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records and client communications
- Ensure proper charge capture and documentation
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment
- Foster a collaborative and positive team atmosphere
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a veterinary technician role
- Proficiency in anesthesia monitoring and patient nursing care
- Experience assisting with surgery and dentistry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Availability to participate in a rotating Saturday schedule
