Compensation

$23–$35 per hour, based on experience, skills, and credentials
Annual CE Allowance: Starting at $800 for licensed technicians and incremental increases based on total years credentialed

Qualifications

CVT, RVT, LVT, or VTS credentials required
Experienced Veterinary Technician with strong technical and patient care skills
Cardiology, specialty medicine, ER, or Critical Care experience preferred
Strong communication skills and dedication to outstanding client service
Positive, dependable team member who values collaboration and a supportive hospital culture
Motivated to continue learning and advancing technical skills

Skills

Oversee client appointments and manage patient visits from start to finish
Partner with DVMs during patient assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
Utilize advanced imaging modalities to assist with patient evaluations and procedural support
Manage sedation and anesthetic events, including preparation, monitoring, and recovery
Provide compassionate nursing care and advocate for patients throughout hospitalization
Maintain and safely operate medical equipment according to best practices
Collaborate with Cardiology and specialty medicine teams to provide comprehensive patient care

About the Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced Vet Tech to grow within specialty medicine while working alongside a collaborative team focused on advanced patient care and client support.

Responsibilities

Oversee client appointments and manage patient visits from start to finish
Partner with DVMs during patient assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
Utilize advanced imaging modalities to assist with patient evaluations and procedural support
Manage sedation and anesthetic events, including preparation, monitoring, and recovery

Collaborate with Cardiology and specialty medicine teams to provide comprehensive patient care

Schedule

Four 10-hour shifts between Monday - Friday
