What You'll Do
- Clinical & Surgical Support
- Absorb and support veterinarians during exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures
- Prepare patients and surgical suites using proper sterile techniques
- Maintain patient care and triage urgent cases
- Perform phlebotomy, catheter placement, radiology, and in-house lab work
- Administer oral, subcutaneous, and intravenous medications as directed
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding patient care and discharge instructions
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment and surgical areas
- Collaborate closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Strong foundation in veterinary nursing and patient care
- Comfortable working independently while remaining a collaborative team player
- Confident with venipuncture, IV catheters, medications, anesthesia monitoring, surgery, dentistry, radiology, and in-house diagnostics
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- A compassionate approach to patients, clients, and coworkers
- LVT credentials are a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Safe handling and restraining dogs and cats of varying sizes
- Assisting with lifting and moving patients and equipment

Schedule
- Full-time
- Approximately 70–80 hours per pay period
- Saturday availability is required
