As a veterinary assistant, you will start in patient care, involved in caring for hospitalized pets and supporting clients when they visit their furry family members in the hospital.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pets for changes in behavior and improvement of symptoms
- Feed hospitalized pets and take them outside
- Provide compassionate care for patients and kindness to their owners
- Attend to detail in all aspects of patient care
Qualifications
We have a successful training/mentorship program designed to advance your clinical skills as you train to become a veterinary technician.
