Healthcare$19.32/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes POSITION OBJECTIVE, Essential Functions, Nonessential Functions, CONTACTS, SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY, Qualifications, Required Skills, WORKING CONDITIONS. Also includes salary and benefits info at top: starting wage $19.32 per hour, benefits package includes healthcare, retirement, tuition assistance, paid time off, winter recess. So we need sections: About the role (maybe from POSITION OBJECTIVE), Responsibilities (Essential Functions + Nonessential Functions?), Requirements (Qualifications?), Skills (Required Skills), Benefits (benefits package), Pay (starting wage). Schedule not mentioned, so omit. Also maybe include "Qualifications" as separate heading. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the POSITION OBJECTIVE text, essential functions list with percentages, nonessential functions list, contacts, supervisory responsibility, qualifications, required skills, working conditions, salary, benefits. We need to decide which sections to create. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine some. Possible sections: About the role (POSITION OBJECTIVE), Responsibilities (Essential Functions + Nonessential Functions), Requirements (Qualifications + Required Skills), Benefits, Pay. Could also have Working Conditions as its own section? Might be considered part of Requirements? But it's substantive. Could include as "Working Conditions". The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content. So we can include Working Conditions. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Working Conditions. We need to use

    for each. Inside each, use

    for prose,

    • for lists. We need to preserve percentages? Probably yes as part of duty description. We need to format lists: each bullet as
    • . For essential functions we have many items with percentages. We'll list each as
    • with the text. Nonessential functions also list. Contacts: we can make a

summarizing? Or we could list bullet points for each contact type: Department, University, External, Students. Might be better as

. Supervisory Responsibility: a short paragraph. Qualifications: we have Experience, Education/Licensing, etc. Could list as
. Required Skills: many bullet points; we can list as
. Benefits: list items. Pay: just a sentence. Working Conditions: paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Let's extract content. First, salary and benefits paragraph: "Case Western Reserve University is committed to providing a transparent estimate of the salary for this position at the time of its posting. The starting wage rate is $19.32 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, department budgets, and industry data. Employees receive more than just a paycheck. University employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes excellent healthcare, retirement plans, tuition assistance, paid time off, and a winter recess." We'll put Pay section: maybe just the wage sentence. Benefits section: list. Now POSITION OBJECTIVE: "POSITION OBJECTIVE The Veterinary Technician 1 is a member of the Animal Resource Center (ARC) Veterinary Services team and provides direct support to the ARC veterinarians, principal investigators and research staff in the areas of animal health and technical services. This position is also responsible for providing administrative support, including billing, maintenance of the surgical and X-ray suites, and monitoring the veterinary drug and supply inventory including required record keeping for and disbursement of controlled drugs. This position will work with animals. This position is subject to compliance regulations of the Animal Welfare Act, Public Health Service Policy, AAALAC guidelines, the State of Ohio Veterinary Practice Act, Federal Drug Enforcement Administration regulatory guidelines, US Food and Drug Administration Center for Veterinary Medicine regulations and other applicable regulatory guidelines." We'll put that as About the role. Essential Functions list: each item with percentage in parentheses. We'll keep as is. Nonessential Functions list. Contacts: we have paragraphs describing contacts. We'll convert to bullet list. Supervisory Responsibility: "No direct supervisory responsibility. This position will participate in training and providing guidance to Cuyahoga Community College student interns." Qualifications: Experience: "0 to 1 year of experience as a veterinary technician, preferably in a laboratory animal environment required." Education/Licensing: "Associate degree in Animal Health from an accredited veterinary technician program or related degree (i.e., Bachelor¿s in Animal Science, etc.). State registration as veterinary technician or Assistant Laboratory Animal Technician (ALAT)/ Laboratory Animal Technician (LAT) level certification from the American Association for Laboratory Animal Science (AALAS); and maintenance of AALAS RALAT/ RLAT certification registry required. American Association for Laboratory Animal Science (AALAS) certification at the level of Laboratory Animal Technologist (LATG) is expected within 4 years of hire. A valid Ohio driver¿s license is required." We'll list as bullet points. Required Skills: many bullet points; we'll list each as
          • . Working Conditions: paragraph. Now ensure we don't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML. We'll start with

            About the role

            then

            ...

            . Then

            Responsibilities

then maybe split essential and nonessential as two
under same heading? Could do two lists with headings inside? But we cannot add extra headings besides

              . Could just make one
combining both essential and nonessential functions. But we need to preserve the distinction? Not required. Could just list all duties. However we might lose the percentages for nonessential? Still okay. But better to keep two separate
                  with maybe a

indicating essential vs nonessential? But we cannot add extra headings; we could add a

before each list. That's allowed. Thus:

                  Responsibilities

                  Essential Functions:

                    ...

                  Nonessential Functions:

                    ...
Similarly for Requirements: maybe split Qualifications and Required Skills. We'll do:

                  Requirements

                  Qualifications:

                    ...

                  Required Skills:

                    ...
                  Benefits:

                  Benefits

                    ... Pay:

                    Pay

                    ... Working Conditions:

                    Working Conditions

... Now ensure we don't include any duplicated lines. Let's craft the text precisely. About the role paragraph: copy exactly.
