About the role
Feline exclusive practice in Philadelphia, PA seeking an experienced, compassionate veterinary technician to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in patient care, surgical procedures, anesthesia monitoring, and diagnostics
- Support our DVMs during appointments, exams, treatments, and procedures
- Perform hands-on tasks including drawing blood, catheter placement, and injections, take radiographs and performs EKGs
- Communicate clearly with clients on treatment plans, patient updates, and discharge instructions
- Collaborate with all team members to promote hospital efficiency and workflow
- Embrace mentorship, growth, and ongoing skill development in a structured, supportive environment
Requirements
- An experienced Veterinary Technician or Assistant with 2+ years in practice
- Confidence in blood draws, IV placement, anesthesia monitoring and surgical support
