SUMMARY
The Surgery Liaison provides exceptional client service, facilitating efficient and timely communication between clients and the clinical teams. They assist the surgery team and manage various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, manage messages, respond to client inquiries about procedures, pre- and post-operative care, medications, rechecks, etc.
- Accurately schedule appointments and manage department emails and calls.
- Prepare and update financial estimates, and review estimates with clients as needed.
- Assist the surgery team as needed (experience a plus).
- Manage patient records for DVMs and patient profiles in EzyVet.
- Work independently in the absence of direct supervision and carry out specific tasks.
- Work well in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating a friendly, respectful, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Exercise good judgment in high-stress situations.
- Cultivate a positive atmosphere and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Modify work schedule as needed to meet organizational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a progressive veterinary hospital.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to work in a high-stress environment.
- Flexibility to modify work schedule as needed.

Pay and Schedule
The pay range for this position is $24.00-35.00 per hour. Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials.
Schedule
Shifts are 4/10 hour shifts. Part-time shifts may be available. Available to work weekends.
