About the role

Support our doctors, practice managers, and hospital team members as a Support Center Team member from our offices in sunny South Florida, in a field-based role, or in a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the hospital team, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and managing daily operations.
• Collaborate with the hospital team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing social media.
• Support the recruitment process by screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating logistics.
• Handle billing and insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Manage inventory and supplies, maintaining stock levels and ordering as needed.
• Support the hospital’s educational initiatives by assisting with training sessions and materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of veterinary terminology and practices.

Pay
