We're now hiring externs at our small animal general practice locations in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Champlin, Minnesota, St. Paul, Minnesota, Spencer, Massachusetts, Charlton, Massachusetts, Gurnee, Illinois, Orland Park, Illinois, and Schaumburg, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Learn from experienced veterinarians and veterinary technicians
- Assist with routine and complex medical procedures
- Participate in patient care and wellness programs
- Gain exposure to various aspects of veterinary medicine
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a veterinary program
- Passing score on the North American Veterinary Licensing Exam (NAVLE) or passing score on the North American Veterinary Credentialing Association (NAVCA) exam
- Strong academic performance
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
