Veterinary Specialty Medical Director

Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and implement improvements to guide the hospital towards excellence in patient and client care.
- Mentor specialists, ER veterinarians, interns, and residents at your hospital toward achieving medical excellence and enhancing patient care and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the practice manager and hospital leadership team to shape long-term vision and growth for the hospital.
Requirements
- A board-certified veterinarian specialist.
- Prior leadership experience as a collaborative and approachable leader.
- California State Veterinary Board License obtained prior to start date.
- Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree.

Pay
Annual base salary range of $400,000-$450,000. Sign On Bonus. Relocation. And more!
Schedule
The hospital is open in emergency care 24 hours a day and in specialty care Monday through Sunday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, serving the Los Angeles area.
