Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

Wolf Run Veterinary Clinic is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to join our team. As the face of the hospital, you will greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves scheduling and managing appointments, providing empathetic customer service while multitasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, processing financial transactions, answering inquiries, and sharing information about our services.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly, detail-oriented, excellent at multitasking, and committed to a team-focused environment.

Wolf Run Veterinary Clinic in Muncy, PA, is a large, full-service hospital offering small animal care, surgery, and additional services including boarding and grooming. We operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong technician utilization and efficient workflows. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in client service and communication
• Ability to welcome and discharge patients
• Strong collaboration skills with other team members
• Experience managing phone lines and booking appointments with attention to detail

Pay

$15–$18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Flexible full-time or part-time position with availability needed Monday–Friday and rotating Saturdays.
