Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

Woodland Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.

About the role

In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services.

Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Schedule and Pay

Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour.

This position offers part-time or full-time scheduling options. Flexibility throughout the week, including Saturday and Sunday, is preferred.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role is required
• Part-time opportunities are open to candidates with strong customer service experience and an interest in veterinary medicine
• Full-time candidates should have at least two years of veterinary experience

Skills

• Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented during busy periods
