About the role

Royal Vet is a new breed of veterinary clinic committed to improving the pet care experience. Founded and led by veterinarians, the clinic prioritizes the health and happiness of its staff, ensuring they can provide compassionate care to pets in need.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents, handle inbound phone calls, and address customer requests
• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating follow-ups, sending reminders, preparing exam rooms, and taking/recording payments
• Liaise with partners (suppliers, laboratory services, technology providers) to support smooth operations
• Aid with other tasks related to clinic operations

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and welcoming attitude
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Bonus if you have experience as a medical receptionist, specifically in the veterinary field
