Key Responsibilities
- Greet pet parents, handle inbound phone calls, and address customer requests
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating follow-ups, sending reminders, preparing exam rooms, and taking/recording payments
- Liaise with partners (suppliers, laboratory services, technology providers) to support smooth operations
- Aid with other tasks related to clinic operations
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and welcoming attitude
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Bonus if you have experience as a medical receptionist, specifically in the veterinary field
