Veterinary Neurologist

About the role

DoveLewis is a non-profit veterinary hospital with a new state-of-the-art specialty building opening in Fall 2024. As a Neurologist, you will join an expanding service with access to advanced diagnostic and surgical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical management of neurology patients
• Conduct consultations and diagnostic and surgical procedures
• Build a network with the referring veterinary community
• Collaborate with DoveLewis' specialist team

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited school
• Ability to be licensed in the state of Oregon
• Current ADCVIM (neurology) board-certified or board eligible
• An understanding of and passion for a client-centered practice

Qualifications

• Experience in neurology preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
