Veterinary Website Development Specialist
EVCC is seeking a skilled Veterinary Website Development Specialist to join our team. We are a leading provider of veterinary website solutions, and we are looking for someone who can help us continue to grow and innovate in this field.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and design, with a focus on creating user-friendly and visually appealing websites for veterinary practices. They should be proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and have experience working with content management systems such as WordPress or Joomla.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-quality veterinary websites that meet client needs and industry standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and requirements for their websites
- Design and develop custom templates and themes for veterinary websites
- Ensure websites are optimized for search engines and mobile devices
- Implement and maintain website security measures
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing websites
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in web development and design
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with content management systems like WordPress or Joomla
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
- Understanding of web accessibility guidelines
- Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL
