Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with current state license and DEA registration
• Exceptional clinical skills with comprehensive knowledge of veterinary medicine
• Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring and developing veterinary professionals
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Outstanding communication skills that inspire confidence in team members and clients
• Sound business acumen with understanding of veterinary practice operations
• Adaptability and composure when managing complex situations or competing priorities
• Collaborative approach to working with hospital leadership and regional teams
• Genuine compassion for animals and commitment to the highest standards of care
• Willingness to serve as the veterinary face of the practice in professional and regulatory contexts

Education & Experience

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree required
• Current state veterinary license in good standing
• Current DEA license required
• 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience highly desirable
• Experience with practice management and team development a plus
