Veterinary Customer Service Representative
About the role
Atlantic Veterinary Internal Medicine & Oncology in Hunt Valley, MD is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our outstanding team!
Schedule
- 5 8-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts
- Daytime, Monday through Friday. No weekends
- $18-21/hour
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist setting
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the role
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Shares our commitment to our mission, vision, and values
- Enthusiastic and compassionate nature, providing an excellent experience for clients
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook email
- Proficient in managing multi-line phone systems for efficient communication
- Knowledge of EzyVet and Smartflow software platforms is a plus
- Prior experience in the veterinary industry is preferred
