What You'll Do
- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth, compassion, and professionalism
- Answering phones, responding to client inquiries, and scheduling appointments efficiently
- Checking patients in and out while ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
- Processing payments, invoices, estimates, and maintaining accurate client records
- Providing clear, supportive communication during both routine visits and emotional situations
- Educating clients on clinic policies, services, preventive care, and appointment preparation
- Cooking with prescription refill requests and routing medical questions appropriately
- Helping create and maintain a Fear Free®, low-stress environment for pets and their owners throughout every visit
- Aiding in keeping the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and their pets
- Following up with clients regarding appointments, reminders, and patient care needs

- Has previous veterinary, medical, hospitality, or customer service experience (preferred, but the right personality goes a long way!)
- Is eager to learn and committed to providing outstanding client service
