Veterinary Customer Service

About the role

Animal Medical Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative to join their team. The position is located in Peachtree City, GA 30269.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and assist with checking in/out for appointments
• Schedule and manage appointments using the calendar
• Handle cash transactions and process payments
• Manage client records accurately
• Clean and maintain the hospital facility
• Communicate with clients, medical staff, and veterinarians
• Resolve customer conflicts and de-escalate situations
• Mentor and support fellow team members

Requirements

• Customer service experience (1-3 years preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computer software and data entry
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for animal care and a strong work ethic
• Prior experience working with animals or in a veterinary setting is preferred but not required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Pay

Hourly pay rate starting at $15 - $16/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Schedule

36-40 hours weekly; Saturday rotations. Shift Times: Monday – Friday 7a—6p Saturday 8a—5p
