Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care, assisting veterinarians and technicians with hands-on tasks and ensuring compassionate treatment of all animals.
• Be the go-to support for the medical team, anticipating and fulfilling the needs of veterinarians and technicians to streamline workflows and promote collaboration.
• Create a positive client experience by managing scheduling, payments, and communications with clients, always maintaining a courteous and informative demeanor.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by performing clinic upkeep and equipment maintenance, adhering to high standards of care.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A calm and efficient approach, handling a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment with composure.
• Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills, such as laboratory, pharmacy, nursing, and radiology.
