• Work closely with veterinarians and team members to create a consistent, organized, and supportive patient-care experience.
• Help with behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the clinic running efficiently, including organization and attention to detail.
• Advocate for pets by making every visit as positive and stress-free as possible.

Requirements

• Previous veterinary experience and comfort working in a clinical environment (required).
• Genuine love for veterinary medicine and patient care, including understanding that caring for animals means caring for their owners.
• Ability to communicate confidently and compassionately with clients and coworkers, even during hectic days.
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset with initiative to notice and address what needs to be done.
• Dependability, organization, and willingness to learn and grow skills.
• Treat every patient with the same care as you would your own.

Benefits

• Competitive salary and benefits.
• Professional growth opportunities to continue building veterinary knowledge and career.
• Supportive work environment with a team that values collaboration and teamwork.
• Positive team culture with opportunities to laugh, celebrate wins, and grow.
• A clinic full of animals as a workplace perk.
