Mann Veterinary Clinic, serving the Galena community since 1983, is seeking a dedicated veterinary professional to join our full-service general practice. As a key member of our team, you’ll work alongside five experienced doctors and supportive teammates in a stable, collaborative environment built on nearly four decades of service. Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care, assisting the medical team with hands-on treatment and ensuring compassionate, respectful handling of animals.
• Support the medical team by anticipating needs, maintaining workflow efficiency, and fostering collaboration.
• Enhance the client experience by assisting with scheduling, payments, and communications in a courteous and informative manner.
• Maintain a safe and clean clinic environment, including equipment upkeep and hospital sanitation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills (e.g., laboratory, pharmacy, nursing, radiology) is a strong asset.
