Worthington Woods Animal Care Center is seeking a full or part-time experienced DVM to join our fun, supportive, hardworking team in Northwest Columbus. We are an established, thriving multi-doctor practice focused on high-quality medicine and compassionate care.

- Our support team is tenured and skilled; RVTs average ten years at Worthington Woods, allowing DVMs to focus on their role without tasks like setting catheters or drawing labs.
- Our DVM team collaborates regularly, problem-solves together, and supports each other’s growth.
- We invest in our team and workplace to yield better medicine and are actively expanding with a remodel that adds a treatment area and more exam rooms.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medicine, general surgery, and dentistry.
- Foster lasting relationships with clients, their pets, and the WWACC team through strong communication.
- Deliver a memorable client experience with each appointment.
- Guide, mentor, and actively participate as a team member.
Requirements
- Active Ohio veterinary license.
- Proficiency in small animal medicine, general surgery, and dentistry.
- Two or more years of clinical experience in small animal medicine (preferred).

- Strong communication skills and a desire to build client relationships.
