About the Role
West Trenton Animal Hospital is a spacious, standalone small animal hospital designed to provide high-quality medicine in a collaborative environment. Our facility includes:
- 4 dedicated exam rooms
- Large treatment area
- Dedicated surgical suite
- Paperless practice
- Digital radiography
- Ultrasound
- Surgical laser
- Dental radiography
- Dentalaire dental equipment
We are a 100% small animal practice seeing approximately 10–15 patients per doctor per day, allowing meaningful time with patients and clients. Wellness appointments are typically 20–30 minutes, while sick appointments are approximately 30 minutes, with flexibility based on each doctor's preferred approach.
Our hospital has access to a traveling orthopedic surgeon and an internal medicine doctor who performs ultrasounds, providing opportunities to collaborate with specialists. New graduates are welcome and will receive extended appointment times, mentorship through shadowing, and hands-on exposure to different aspects of practice.

Pay
Salary range: $140,000 - $160,000 based on experience, plus a production bonus (no negative accrual).
