Responsibilities
- Practice veterinary medicine autonomously while being supported mentally, physically, and financially.
- Participate in personalized training and mentorship plans for ongoing development.
- Collaborate with board-certified specialists for expert advice on complex cases.
- Grow into leadership positions based on experience and performance.
Requirements
- Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent)
- State licensure in good standing or eligibility for such licensure in all states where clinics are worked.
- A passion for Bond Vet’s mission to provide a superior vet experience for both patients and employees.
- The ability to multi-task with a high degree of integrity and accountability.
- A collaborative mindset.
Qualifications
Competitive Pay: $160,000-$190,000 annually, depending on the position, location, and experience level.
