Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to small animal patients
• Perform diagnostic tests and treatments as needed
• Collaborate with other veterinarians and support staff
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures

Requirements

• Current North Carolina license
• At least 2 years of experience in emergency medicine
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Passing scores on the North Carolina Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners
