About the role

BluePearl Auburn Hills is a 24/7 emergency medicine, dermatology, internal medicine, oncology, ophthalmology, radiology and diagnostic imaging facility serving the areas of Auburn Hills, Pontiac, Rochester Hills and Troy. The hospital opened in 2003 and is equipped with advanced equipment including a diode laser, CT scanner and digital radiography.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical care to patients under the supervision of the attending veterinarian.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through annual continuing education allowances and access to BluePearl University.
• Utilize efficiency tools like Talk-a-too and text expander for record-keeping.
• Contribute to the academic and research initiatives of BluePearl through partnerships and access to resources.

Requirements

• Boarded or residency-trained Veterinarian Surgeon.
• Experience in emergency medicine, internal medicine, oncology, ophthalmology, radiology, and diagnostic imaging is preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Michigan.
