About the role
BluePearl Oklahoma City is seeking a board eligible or board certified surgeon. Located in Oklahoma City, Edmond, Midwest City, Yukon, Mustang, Moore, Norman, and surrounding areas of north Texas and the Texas panhandle, our hospital offers a variety of advanced diagnostics and services including emergency medicine, soft-tissue and orthopedic surgery, and critical care.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with other veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of surgical techniques and patient outcomes
- Participate in case rounds and consultations to discuss patient cases and treatment plans
- Provide mentorship and guidance to veterinary technicians and students
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in veterinary surgery through continuing education
Requirements
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Oklahoma
- Board certification or board eligibility in veterinary surgery
- Experience in emergency and/or specialty care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Graduation from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
- Completion of a residency program in veterinary surgery
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams

Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus available!
Schedule
