BluePearl Pet Hospital in Nashville, TN is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Surgeon to join our growing specialty team. As a leader in emergency and specialty care, BluePearl is committed to delivering exceptional medicine in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced surgical procedures using state-of-the-art diagnostics
• Collaborate with a strong, multidisciplinary specialty and ER team
• Provide compassionate, clear communication to pet owners
• Contribute to a culture focused on learning, excellence, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• DVM/VMD and surgical residency completion (or residency-trained)
• TN veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Team-focused, compassionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
