Job Summary

BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospitals in the Atlanta market is seeking a full-time boarded Internist or residency-trained Internal Medicine specialist to join their collaborative, multi-specialty teams across state-of-the-art hospitals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with a highly experienced group of specialists and emergency clinicians dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and advancing veterinary medicine through collaboration, innovation, education, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive internal medicine services to hospitalized patients
• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with other specialists and emergency clinicians
• Participate in case conferences and seminars
• Continuously update knowledge on the latest advancements in internal medicine

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or equivalent residency training
• Experience in emergency medicine and critical care is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Georgia
