Responsibilities

• Shape medical protocols and exercise full medical decision-making authority.
• Lead and manage a high-performing veterinary team.
• Deliver exceptional patient care in an urgent care setting.
• Promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values.
• Mentor other veterinarians to uphold the highest quality of medicine.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• 3+ years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with experience managing a team.
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide high-quality medicine.

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 to $220,000, based on experience, qualifications, schedule, and compensation structure.

Schedule

After-hours walk-in care with evening and weekend hours. No overnights.
