Veterinarian, Partner & Equity Owner

About the role

We are seeking a talented, experienced Veterinarian to partner with us and be a leader in this new practice. Immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost are offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values.
• Provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license.
• 5+ years of veterinary experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license.
• 5+ Years of Veterinary Experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.

Pay

Salary Range can vary from $120,000 to $220,000. Determining factor is solely based off experience, qualifications, schedule, compensation structure, and is subjected to change per applicable candidate.
