We are seeking talented and entrepreneurial Veterinarians to partner with us and become Medical Directors in a practice that we will build together. Responsibilities

• Serve as Medical Director and practice owner in a new Urgent Care practice
• Lead your hospital and build the clinic culture you envision
• Deliver world-class veterinary medicine using state-of-the-art equipment
• Manage and mentor a team while promoting a positive clinic culture aligned with core values
• Maintain medical autonomy while partnering with business support teams

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university
• Active veterinary state license
• 3+ years of Veterinarian experience
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
• Compassionate leader with experience managing a team and promoting positive clinic culture
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians

Pay

Salary range from $120,000 to $220,000, determined by experience, qualifications, schedule, and compensation structure.
