We are seeking talented and entrepreneurial Veterinarians to partner with us and become Medical Directors in a practice that we will build together. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a veterinary practice as Medical Director.
- Promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values.
- Provide high-quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians.
- Collaborate with PriorityPet to build and operate a new urgent care practice.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
- Active veterinary state license.
- 3+ years of veterinarian experience.
- Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Compassionate leadership with experience managing a team.
- Strong communication skills and a drive to deliver the highest quality medicine.

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 to $180,000, based on experience, qualifications, schedule, and compensation structure.
