Responsibilities

  • Shape medical protocols and exercise full medical decision-making authority.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing veterinary team.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values.
  • Mentor other veterinarians to uphold the highest quality medicine.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license.
  • 3+ years of veterinarian experience.
  • Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
  • Compassionate leader with experience managing a team.
  • Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine.

Pay

Salary range is $120,000 to $220,000, based on experience, qualifications, schedule, and compensation structure.

Schedule

Evening and weekend hours with flexible scheduling and no overnights.
