Responsibilities
- Shape medical protocols and exercise full medical decision-making authority.
- Lead and manage a high-performing veterinary team.
- Deliver exceptional patient care.
- Promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values.
- Mentor other veterinarians to uphold the highest quality medicine.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license.
- 3+ years of veterinarian experience.
- Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
- Compassionate leader with experience managing a team.
- Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine.

Pay
Salary range is $120,000 to $220,000, based on experience, qualifications, schedule, and compensation structure.
