About the role
We are seeking talented and entrepreneurial Veterinarians to partner with us and become Medical Directors in a practice that we will build together. We're offering immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost. We will provide you with a brand-new building and state-of-the-art equipment to deliver world-class medicine. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a veterinary team while promoting a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values
- Provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians
Requirements
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university and an active veterinary state license
- 3+ years of veterinarian experience
- Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
- Compassionate leader with experience and willingness to manage a team
- Effective communicator with a drive to mentor other veterinarians

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 to $220,000, based on experience, qualifications, schedule, and compensation structure.
