Veterinarian - Ophthalmologist

About the role

We are seeking a full-time boarded or residency trained ophthalmologist to join our growing team. You will be part of a talented and collaborative group of professionals dedicated to providing the highest quality of comprehensive care to our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and treat a wide range of ocular conditions
• Collaborate with other specialists to ensure holistic patient care
• Contribute to the educational and professional development of veterinary ophthalmologists
• Participate in research and contribute to advancements in veterinary ophthalmology

Requirements

• Board certification or completion of a residency program in veterinary ophthalmology
• Experience in treating a variety of ocular diseases and conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA accredited institution
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Wisconsin
• Passing scores on the North American Board of Veterinary Specialties (NABVS) examination
