About the role
As Medical Director, you'll continue practicing exceptional medicine while mentoring doctors, partnering with an experienced leadership team, and helping guide the medical direction of a hospital where your voice truly matters. Whether your passion is surgery, exotics, mentorship, or elevating clinical standards, you'll have the support and autonomy to make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and train new doctors and staff members
- Partner with the leadership team to set and achieve medical goals
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance
- Elevate clinical standards and practices
- Lead by example in providing compassionate and high-quality care
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Board certification in veterinary medicine (optional but preferred)
- Experience in general practice and/or specialty medicine
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of success in veterinary medicine
