Responsibilities

• Split your time between clinical duties and leadership responsibilities (about 90% clinical and 10% admin)
• Helping to shape the hospital’s future

Requirements

• A strong clinician with a passion for mentorship and leadership
• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients
• Strategic thinking to support hospital operations and drive medical excellence

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Texas
• At least 3 years of progressive clinical experience
• Experience in hospital management and leadership

Pay

$140,000 - $150,000 starting base salary

22%+ starting production payout
