Established in 1979, Towne North Animal Hospital has been proudly serving the San Antonio community for over 40 years. We combine compassionate veterinary care with the latest technology and the highest standards in general practice. Our small animal general practice offers everything from wellness & urgent care to surgeries and senior pet support, all aimed at providing the best for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to our veterinary team
• Set the medical vision for the hospital in collaboration with the hospital manager
• Maintain a high standard of care across all services
• Guide new graduates and support ongoing CE for all doctors
• Estimated Time Allocation: 90% Clinical Practice, 10% Admin & Managing Duties

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an AVMA accredited school
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Texas
• Experience in a small animal practice setting
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
