Practice Exceptional Medicine
You'll have the resources to provide outstanding care, including:
- New ultrasound, digital radiography, and digital dental radiography
- 5 fully equipped exam rooms

Lead and Inspire
As Managing Veterinarian, you will:
- Provide medical leadership and clinical direction
- Mentor associate veterinarians
- Partner with hospital and regional leadership to drive success
- Help shape medical protocols and team development
- Maintain an active clinical caseload
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000–$180,000 (DOE)
- 22–23% production plus leadership incentives

Current DVM (or equivalent) from an AVMA-accredited college
ECFVG or PAVE certification (if applicable)
