We prefer an experienced surgeon to perform basic surgeries. Our COS performs advanced surgeries for the practice and is a certified mentor.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• 4-day work week for full-time veterinarians
• Rotating Saturday schedule
• 1 dedicated surgery day per week
• Lunch is from 1:00–2:00 PM, and the practice is closed during this time
• Strong emphasis on teamwork and sustainable scheduling

We have a highly experienced and stable team. Our Hospital Manager and Chief of Staff have been with the practice for up to 20+ years, while other team members have been with the practice for 3–10 years. Our other two doctors have been part of the team for 7–8 years. We value our team and make time to connect and celebrate together, with annual events including a summer picnic and Christmas party.

• Prosal compensation model with a base salary of $130,000 - $150,000 annually (depending on experience & hours worked)
