About the role

As an In-Home Veterinarian at Heartstrings Pet Hospice, you will provide compassionate end-of-life care to pets and their families in the comfort of their homes. You will be part of a private, family-owned veterinary practice dedicated to supporting veterinarians through balanced, purpose-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home euthanasia and hospice/palliative care
• Offer quality-of-life consultations
• Offer compassionate family support
• Practice meaningful medicine with unhurried appointments
• Work independently in a mobile environment
• Occasionally work weekends (rotational)
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

Requirements

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
• Weekend availability (rotational)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
