About the role

Matawan Animal Hospital, a long-standing small animal clinic in Matawan, NJ, is preparing for its next big chapter. Currently a single-doctor practice, we're part of a small, privately owned group of collaborative clinics. Each hospital is independently run, but our doctors and teams support each other and share knowledge to ensure excellent medicine and client care.

We're about to undergo a complete renovation with brand-new equipment and a fresh new look. The veterinarian who joins us will have a real voice in shaping the practice—from the design and workflow of the clinic to the tools and standards we bring in. This is an opportunity to help create the services, medical standards, and culture of the clinic while collaborating with a supportive network of sister practices without corporate red tape.

Pay

Competitive salary of $120,000–$150,000 based on experience.
