About the role
Valley Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join their growing companion animal practice in Denver.
Responsibilities
- Practice companion animals (dogs, cats, small exotics optional)
- Elevated standards in preventative care, surgery, and dentistry
- Four 10 hour days (hello, 3-day weekends)
- In house digital x-ray and lab
- Maintain a supportive team that values experienced voices
Requirements
- Experienced veterinarian comfortable practicing independently
- Strong medical and surgical skills
- Interest in maintaining high standards of care
- Likely to have leadership or business interest, but not required
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Colorado
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
