About the role

Valley Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join their growing companion animal practice in Denver.

Responsibilities

• Practice companion animals (dogs, cats, small exotics optional)
• Elevated standards in preventative care, surgery, and dentistry
• Four 10 hour days (hello, 3-day weekends)
• In house digital x-ray and lab
• Maintain a supportive team that values experienced voices

Requirements

• Experienced veterinarian comfortable practicing independently
• Strong medical and surgical skills
• Interest in maintaining high standards of care
• Likely to have leadership or business interest, but not required

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Colorado

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits

• $130,000–$150,000 per year (based on experience)
