Veterinarian

About the role

North End is hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian to provide comprehensive general practice and urgent care services to companion animals in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine wellness, diagnostics, dentistry, and same-day urgent care for companion animals
• Triage and manage urgent cases in a collaborative team setting
• Work with a 2.5-to-1 staff-to-doctor ratio to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
• Active veterinary license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts prior to start date
• Comfort triaging and managing urgent care cases (preferred but not required)
• Commitment to collaborative teamwork and high-quality patient care
