Sploot Veterinary Care is expanding to New Jersey in 2027, and we're looking to connect with veterinarians who want to shape the future of vet care in a city that's as outdoorsy, vibrant, and community-driven as we are. Burned out by overbooked schedules and lack of support? At Sploot, you'll practice high-quality medicine with a fully staffed nursing team — so you can focus on your patients, not the chaos.

Schedule

• Choose your schedule: 3/10s, 3/12s, 4/10s, or rotating 3- and 4-day weeks
• No overnights

Responsibilities

• Practice high-quality medicine with a fully staffed nursing team (up to 3:1 nurse-to-DVM ratio)
• Collaborative medicine with Medical Directors always available for consults
• Balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases
• Strong pre-visit triage so you walk into the exam room prepared

Requirements

• DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in New Jersey
• Experience in general practice, urgent care, or emergency
• Comfortable asking questions and excited to keep growing and developing your skills

Qualifications

• TN visa support available for Canadian and Mexican veterinarians
• Experienced in and excited about surgeries and dentals (bonus)

Pay

• $150,000–$200,000 base salary (shift and experience dependent)
• ProSal model with 20–25% production and no negative accrual
• Sign-on and relocation bonuses available
