Sploot Veterinary Care is expanding to New Jersey in 2027, offering a chance to shape the future of vet care in an outdoorsy, vibrant, community‑driven area. If you’re burned out by overbooked schedules and lack of support, Sploot provides high‑quality medicine backed by a fully staffed nursing team so you can focus on your patients, not the chaos. The practice blends urgent care and wellness cases, offers strong pre‑visit triage, and operates with no non‑compete contracts.

Responsibilities

• Practice high‑quality medicine with a fully supported nursing team
• Handle a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases
• Benefit from strong pre‑visit triage so you’re prepared for each exam
• Collaborate with Medical Directors always available for consults
• Work with a highly skilled nursing team (up to a 3:1 nurse‑to‑DVM ratio)

Requirements

• DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in New Jersey
• TN visa support available for Canadian and Mexican veterinarians
• Experience in general practice, urgent care, or emergency medicine
• Comfortable asking questions and eager to keep growing and developing your skills
• Bonus points: experience and enthusiasm for surgeries and dentistry

Skills

• Strong communication and collaborative mindset
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Proficiency in surgical and dental procedures (preferred)

Schedule

Choose your schedule: 3/10s, 3/12s, 4/10s, or rotating 3‑ and 4‑day weeks. No overnight shifts.

Pay

$150,000–$200,000 base salary (shift and experience dependent). ProSal model with 20–25% production and no negative accrual. Sign‑on and relocation bonuses available.
