- Deliver comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventative care services to pets.
- Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans aligned with gold-standard veterinary practices.
- Educate pet parents on preventative care, treatment options, and wellness strategies.
- Practice Fear-Free or low-stress handling techniques to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Collaborate effectively with veterinary technicians and support staff to provide exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine and fulfill continuing education (CE) requirements.
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent).
- Active veterinary license in good standing in the state of Kansas.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the pet care ecosystem.
- Strong commitment to gold-standard healthcare and preventative medicine.
- Fear-Free Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for lifelong learning and maintaining state CE requirements.
