Swift Creek Animal Hospital, located in Richmond, Virginia, is actively seeking an Experienced Veterinarian to join our team! Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive veterinary care to patients
• Perform routine and complex medical procedures
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Participate in continuing education opportunities

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA accredited school
• Current Virginia State Veterinarian license
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
• Passionate about providing high-quality pet healthcare

Skills

• Proficient in electronic medical record systems
• Knowledgeable in current veterinary practices and technologies
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively

Benefits

• Competitive compensation package including base salary ($100,000 - $130,000)
